Who the site is for

The member area is for people approved by the organizers of Greenville Equity Marketing Sessions. Your account is yours alone — don't share it. Organizers may approve, decline, or remove accounts at their discretion.

Listings and offers

• Post only what you actually hold, or have the right to offer, and describe it truthfully. Figures on the board are as stated by the holder; GEMS does not verify them.
• An offer on the site is an expression of interest, not a contract. Nothing binds anyone until the parties sign their own documents.
• Keep other members' listings and contact details inside the group. Don't scrape, resell, or republish the board.

Not advice

Nothing on this site — including anything the AI helpers write, the note math, or the area figures — is investment, tax, legal, or appraisal advice. Every transaction closes with your own attorney, CPA, and qualified intermediary.

Dues

Sessions are $20 each (your first 2 are free) or $220 for the year, charged through Stripe when you check in or when you prepay. The annual plan renews yearly and can be cancelled any time from your Profile; access runs to the end of the period paid.

Your content

You own what you post. You give GEMS permission to show it to members, to organizers, and — only if you turn on a public flyer link — to anyone with that link, and to use it in the group's own communications about the board.

The usual

The site is provided as-is; we work hard to keep it up and accurate but can't guarantee either. These terms are governed by the laws of South Carolina. We may update them; the date at the top tells you when. Questions: info@gemsrei.com.
