SERE Live — Atlanta 2026

The first annual SERE Live, in participation with the Association of Georgia Real Estate Exchangers: a day of continuing education, then two days of moderated equity marketing — packages, quick pitches, lightning rounds, the Xander board, and counseling offers.

• Day 1 (Tue): Effective Client Counseling with Nick DeMarte — 9 AM to 5 PM, 7 CE hours (8:30 arrival).
• Day 2 (Wed): Exchange session, 9 AM to noon.
• Day 3 (Thu): Exchange session, 9 AM to 5 PM, with a cocktail hour.
• Tickets: course only $150 · exchange sessions only $250 · both $350. Limited seats.
