Jason Dillard of DHP Real Estate in Greer hosts GEMS and moderates the board. Twenty-five years of Upstate investing, coaching, wholesaling, and lending, and the one who keeps a session moving.

The nation’s premier creative real-estate marketing organization, meeting several times a year across the country. GEMS members travel to S.E.C. marketing sessions, and the counseling approach taught there is the one we use at our own board.

Regional exchange meeting

The Southeast’s regional equity marketing group. SERE Live in Atlanta — October 6–8, 2026 — is its first annual meeting: a day of continuing education and two days of moderated exchange sessions. GEMS will be in the room.
